32nd Annual Dallas Guitar Show
The 32nd Annual Dallas Guitar Show & Musicfest just wrapped up this past weekend at Dallas Market Hall.
My good friend and bassist Patrick said it was a great show; he was there all weekend and brought home a sweet trade on a new violin bass.
Guitarist Jeff ‘Skunk’ Baxter (Steely Dan and Doobie Brothers) was in attendance and displaying his chops in one of the booths this year.
Eric Johnson played last Friday night, plus Rick Derringer, Andy Timmons, and Bugs Henderson also performed at the festival.
Thanks to Traveling Fools of America who graciously shared some great photos on flickr.com.

Man, it’s hard to write about a show I didn’t actually attend, but it is noteworthy, so I had to mention it. Check out our post from last year’s show. It’s got all the dealer and manufacturer links, which is a great resource.
