Big Brother and the Holding Company are touring on the flashback circuit, which is pretty hot right now considering the Woodstock Music and Arts Festival just celebrated it’s 40th anniversary.

Bethel Woods Center celebrates Woodstock
August 17, 1969 was the third and final day of the Woodstock Music and Art Fair. The day opened with Joe Cocker and his Grease Band, Crosby Stills and Nash performed their second ever gig there, and Jimi Hendrix closed the festival with his solo improvisation of the “Star-Spangled Banner” and “Purple Haze.”
