Punknews.org is reporting that the new record from Neko Case, Middle Cyclone will be released March 3, 2009 on Anti- Records, which is great news not only because her music is awesome, but because it gives me an excuse to post the picture to the left. Movie: Skidoo (1968)

NOTE: Don't panic. The screen is blank for the first 9 seconds.Otto Preminger's utterly odd 1968 film, Skidoo. A host of Hollywood stars, including Jackie Gleason, Groucho Marx, Carol Channing and dozens more convene to mock the 60s counter culture, prison, hippies, The Mob and LSD.
