CNN Entertainment has a great article about all the rock and roll autobiographies in the bookstores this holiday season. Of course, I’m buying the Eric Clapton book first, but there’s also new titles from these great (and not so great) artists…
Currently Available:
Bob Dylan (from 2004)
Genesis (currently on tour)

The band is LA Guns, if you like stuff like Cinderlla, Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Poison … yea you know the old school rock bands, the long hair, excess leather and back then HOT men .. nowdays we all tend to hide our old obsessions hehe.
I’ve been given the opportunity to give away a copy of the Motley Crue Autobiography “The Dirt“. Here is how the book is described from Amazon.com: The most influential, enduring, and iconic metal band of the 1980’s reveals everything a tell-all of epic proportions. This unbelievable autobiography explores the rebellious lives of four of the most influential icons in American rock history. Motley Crue was the voice of a barely pubescent Generation X, the anointed high priests of backward-ma
Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx has posted the following update online: "Hey, all, Mexico has been wonderful to us. The fans are so kind and welcoming. We've had some great shows down here, but now it's time to say good-bye. Today we're off to Argentina for our first visit ever. I can't believe we're finally going to South America to play. The ba... Before the Mayhem festival in Indianapolis in August, I have never had the opportunity to see Slipknot live. I knew they had a pretty awesome fan base, but I had no idea what to expect from their live show. The Verizon Wireless Center was packed to the gills, after Disturbed got everyone charged up with their live show, a short 30 minutes later Slipknot took the stage. The show opened in complete darkness. Not a light to be seen on the stage. Everyone with a lighter or cell phone had this v
By OSCK Moderator Baudyhallee Caroline Dries wrote this episode. She also penned the teleplay Oracle in Season Five, fondly known as the Harley/piggy bank episode. She also wrote Subterranean (S6) and Sleeper (S7). Nuff said. This is a new season and we’ll see what happens when all the writers get to work with a super Clark. I’m not sure why this episode seemed a little off. Maybe if we jump right in, we can figure it out. Metropolis. The Ace of Clubs (first seen in APOCALYPSE AU). It’s a rain

The following article was posted on Blabbermouth this after noon: TWISTED SISTER frontman Dee Snider, whose manager apparently also works with Robert Plant, has told MuchMoreMusic’s Matt Wells that LED ZEPPELIN members Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and Jason Bonhman have tapped ALTER BRIDGE singer Myles R. Kennedy to sing with them on the road tour if Plant refuses to join them for the much-rumored ZEPPELIN reunion tour. “They’re saying [to Robert], ‘We’re all rehearsed, we’re ready to go, here’s
We all know tatted rebels Nikki Sixx and Kat Von D never hesitate to flaunt their caliente love connection… Which is why the Motley Crue bassist recently spilled about his obsession with our favorite reality television star! The 49-year-old affirmed that age is nothing but a number when it comes to finding a life partner. We are sure plenty of viejitos are probably sharpin’ up their game after Nixx shouted out, You’re only as old as the girl. Just like on the red carpet, the musician was
Adsense Code] I spent most of Labor Day weekend in Virginia Beach with friends who intended to run the Rock n Roll half marathon. I went down with Elle and A to watch their son, who we have newly dubbed Baby Maki in place of “buddy” for a nickname, for a few hours while they ran. Because I don’t run unless it’s away from something dangerous like zombies, towards food or beer. Although my friends didn’t end up running, there were still lots of Rock n Roll maratho

Whale, just returned from a very brief visit to “The Gopher State,” a.k.a. Minn-uh-sota; Yeah, sure, Yuh-betcha! As this stately moniker was derived from its population of the ‘lil striped critter way back when... Although I didn’t see any of the cute critters, I did learn that the “Mighty Mississippi River originates in the state while doing a very brief search on Open Wheel talent to come from “The Land of 10,000 Lakes,” in which I discovered that Flinstone Indy Lites driver Leilani Munter

Awkward Arrangement. 0 votes October 8th, 2008 by Charley LA Ink’s Kat Von D has been dating Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx for about 8 months now. Though he was 23 and had probably been around the world by the time she was born, Sixx insists that Kat inspires him and makes him feel young. Sixx used to battle with heroin addiction, but he says his girlfriend’s love for art inspires him and it keeps them close wich keeps him on the right track. This is where it gets weird thoug
Kevin Smith's "Zack and Miri Make A Porno" is pretty much everything you've already heard. It's probably the directorially-challenged filmmaker's sweetest movie and perhaps his most vulgar, but that latter part might be debatable (we didn't see "Clerks 2" and we're not sure we'll bother). And considering all we heard about the vulgarity, the film is rather tame (aside from one, ahem *chocolate* scene that's indubitably gross). That's not to say it's a fantastic film. Is it the best thing he's ev
