The 3rd annual Virgin Mobile Music Festival promises to deliver another year of first-rate artists to their two-day concert line-up. It’s August 9th & 10th at the Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, MD.
Some of the artists that are appearing at this year’s festival…
Bob Dylan -Wilco -Chuck Berry -Foo Fighters -Jack Johnson -Nine Inch Nails -Stone Temple Pilots -Iggy & The Stooges -The Black Keys -Kanye West -Moby
There’s lots more to hear, see and do at this festival. There’s also the dance tent featuring Moby (among other acts,) art, attractions and the village of non-profit eco-friendly organizations.

Die graphischen Köpfe hinter Trent Reznor Der wichtigste Aspekt bei Alben und Bands - neben der Musik und den Texten natürlich - ist warscheinlich das graphische Erscheinungsbild. Band wie Pink Floyd haben mit den Artworks ihrer Alben ganz neue Standards geschaffen und so auch graphisch einen Wiedererkennungswert setzen können. So z.B. mit dem Prisma von “The Dark Side of the Moon“, gestaltet wie beinahe alle Pink Floyd-Covers von Storm Thorgerson. Obvio se han colado nombres como The Flaming Lips, MGMT, Stone Temple Pilots (que posiblemente sí sea verdad, ya que un fin de semana después se presentan en el Voodoo Music Festival en Nueva Orleans), Paramore, The Kooks y otros más. Fechas confirmadas de NIN en México Los rumores acerca del festival Motorokr de este 2008 cada día se aclaran más. Si entran a tour.nin.com ya podrán ver que las dos fechas de NIN en México aparecen confirmadas, tanto la de la ciudad de México, como la de Guadalajara. Además, en el mismo sitio dice que la venta de boletos comenzará el 18 de agosto. Lo único que queda es esperar a que se vayan confirmando las demás bandas y se anuncie el line up oficial. Estaremos pendientes para informarles.
