Sega Toys has announced that they are going to release the “Home Juke Box” this October. The juke box has fully functioning disc changer (with tiny little vinyls), funky glowing lights, 20 pre-loaded ’golden oldie’ tracks, plus the ability to load more songs via the SD Card slot.  Users operate the device by inserting (100 Yen) coins into it, like a real juke box. Change did happen. The advent of the CD. Luckily, around that time I still had about 8 stylus, so that kept me going for a while. I would only occasionally buy a new album, and was very slow to get into the CD craze as I could still play the albums, and those original quality CD players were pretty expensive. As the record player slowly degraded, I was lucky because I had recorded most of them to cassette, so I could always play them as well when I needed music, which was on a regular basis.
