The 3rd annual Virgin Mobile Music Festival promises to deliver another year of first-rate artists to their two-day concert line-up. It’s August 9th & 10th at the Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, MD.
Some of the artists that are appearing at this year’s festival…
Bob Dylan -Wilco -Chuck Berry -Foo Fighters -Jack Johnson -Nine Inch Nails -Stone Temple Pilots -Iggy & The Stooges -The Black Keys -Kanye West -Moby
There’s lots more to hear, see and do at this festival. There’s also the dance tent featuring Moby (among other acts,) art, attractions and the village of non-profit eco-friendly organizations.

Seven Mary Three has just released their sixth album, titled Day&Nightdriving. It’s co-produced by Brian Paulson who has also worked with Wilco, Son Volt and Beck.
The album provides uncompromisingly honest reflections about reconciling a career in a rock group with home life, and balancing personal commitments to bandmates and those of family.
Seven Mary Three are most widely known for their platinum debut album American Standard, featuring the Number One rock radio hit “Cumbersome.” The group has toured with Aerosmith, Matchbox Twenty and Three Doors Down.
It could be said the band is a success just for the fact they’ve survived for six albums, moving from their original independent label home of Mammoth, over to the major label Atlantic Records, and now they’re back with an independent again, Bellum Records.

Tower Simulator v1.1 De software “Tower Simulator” is geupdate naar versie 1.1. Er zijn uiteraard een aantal bugs verholpen en de software zelf is wat verbeterd. Een compleet overzicht van de update, vindt u op de Tower Simulator Forum. (moet u wel geregistreerd zijn). Meer info over de software zelf kunt u op de website zelf vinden. Helaas zijn er nog maar 5 vliegvelden beschikbaar. De software werkt ook met de Matrox TripleHead2Go.

Tower Simulator 1.1 update released Wilco Publishing has released update 1.1 for their Tower Simulator standalone product. Bizarre as it may seem, you can only see a list of changes by registering on the forum! Why they don’t make it public knowledge, I don’t know. Okkervil River will release new album in the US on September 9th If you haven’t listened to Okkervil River, do yourself a favor and purchase the album Don’t Fall In Love With Everyone You See. My favorites on that album: Red, Kansas City, My Bad Days, & Happy Hearts. This is one of those albums that you can listen to cover to cover. And in my opinion, there is just NO other way.
